Shipping & Return Policy

At Stefani, we aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 2–8 business days, depending on your location. Orders over $50 qualify for free shipping, while orders under $50 will incur a flat shipping fee, which is non-refundable once the order has been dispatched. A tracking number will be provided once your order is on its way.

Return Policy

• Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Refunds will be issued as money back to the original payment method.

• A 20% restocking fee may apply.

• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

• For orders under $50 that included a shipping fee, please note: shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched.

Uncollected Parcels & Redelivery Fee

If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failure to collect it, a redelivery fee may be charged.
This fee covers the cost of reshipping the item to the correct address.

Refunds by Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product is:
